01Do I need to book?
No advance booking is needed for the planned self-service experience. Choose an available locker when you arrive. Availability depends on the lockers in use at that moment.
02How do I pay?
Choose your locker and storage time on the touchscreen, review the total, then pay by card. Accepted card types and contactless options will be confirmed at the location before opening.
03What if I stay longer than I paid for?
If you exceed the selected storage time, an additional charge may be required before the locker reopens. The applicable rates will be shown at the touchscreen before payment and published here before launch.
04What if I forget my PIN or QR?
Keep your collection confirmation somewhere accessible. If you lose it, use the support details displayed at the location. The team will explain the steps needed to verify your storage and help you collect your luggage.
05Are the lockers monitored?
The planned location combines individually secured electronic lockers with CCTV and remote monitoring. Final operating and privacy details will be available before opening.
06What size suitcase fits?
Medium lockers are planned for backpacks, handbags and cabin luggage. Large lockers are planned for large suitcases and bigger travel bags. Exact internal dimensions will be confirmed before opening; check your bag against them before paying.
07Can I access the locker more than once?
The rules for reopening during a paid session are still being finalized. Check the touchscreen instructions before starting your session; repeated access should not be assumed.
08Is it open 24/7?
